Mr. Sheehan joined Berggruen Holdings in September 2009. Prior to joining Berggruen, Mr. Sheehan was an investment professional with Bear Growth Capital Partners, an investment firm specializing in growth capital opportunities, traditional leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Previously, Mr. Sheehan was an investment banking professional with Merrill Lynch, working in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Sheehan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
